About Revolution Print

Unapologetically print geeks.

We’re a commercial print house in Ballarat specialising in world-class digital print, embellishing and finishing — printing for designers, printers, resellers and brands all over Australia. Our mission is simple: create the future of print.

Print is dead? Long live print.

Two minutes of who we are and why we still love print. Turn the sound up.

How we got here

Some decisions we’re proud of.

01

We went all-digital

Offset came off the floor so B2 digital could be done properly. No plates, no chemistry, no drying time.

02

Serial No. 30

The thirtieth KM-1 built in the world, the second in Australia — in regional Victoria.

03

First to pair the kit

First in Australia to run a JETvarnish alongside a KM-1, so foil registers to the print properly.

04

A trip to Germany

Leon learned to service the Futurecutter from its inventor before it shipped here.

05

On the awards stage

We printed the embellished Print21 cover behind Konica Minolta’s 2026 National Print Award in Catalogues & Magazines.

06

We build our own tools

Our ordering portal and Studio Apps are designed in-house, because we wanted them to be better.

The Revo crew

Peel one off. Stick it anywhere.

Our white toner sample packs come covered in characters drawn for us by Travis Price. Here they are as die-cut stickers — grab one and move it around.

Drag them around

Illustrations by Travis Price, drawn for our white toner sample packs. All vector, so they stay sharp at any size and take on any colour.

Enviro

It’s not easy being green. We do it anyway.

Not to tick the compliance boxes — because it matters.

122

Solar panels

Offsetting the power our digital kit uses, running automated blinds to cut the air-con, and charging the boss’s car.

100%

Digital, so less waste

Every sheet is usable — no make-ready sheets burned getting colour right. Less paper, less freight, less in the bin.

♻

What rubbish?

Paper shredded and recycled by Shred-X, toner bottles by Close the Loop, chemicals and waste ink by Cleanaway, soft plastics and coffee by Ground Up — and surplus stock goes to local community groups.

  • LED lighting throughout. The whole building was upgraded — less power, and they don’t blow.
  • Sustainably certified stocks only. Plus papers made from coffee cups and ranges with cotton.
  • No plates, no nasty chemicals. None of our digital machines need them — embellishing included.
Our community

Ballarat made us. We give back.

Over the years we’ve supported our community through hundreds of sponsorships and donations.

If your sporting club, organisation or community group is looking for support, get in touch — we’d love to help out.
